Maggie will be pleased to discuss any aspect of booking all or part of Datchet Village Hall.
Our hire tariff is below, but we have a range of options. The facilities may be booked for morning, afternoon and evening sessions or on an hourly basis. Maggie will be able to discuss your particular needs with you to establish how the fees will apply for your event.
Hire Fees 2018/19
Fees appropriate weekdays and weekends
Club events at £15.75/hr
Charity events at £26.25/hr
Children’s parties at £31.50/hr
Adult parties before 6pm at £42/hr
Parties after 6pm at £52.50/hr
Regular activities as agreed / determined on an individual basis
Set-up and close-down times charged at half the event hourly rate.
A deposit of £100 to cover damages will be required before the event for all adult parties.
Our booking secretary, Maggie Hearn, will always discuss fees for your event to be sure you get the best value from your booking - everything can be discussed and suitable financial arrangements can often be made on an individual basis.
